Commercial Architect - Moscow, Russia



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, shopping centers, and hotels. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and budget, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: 1500$ (Negotiable based on experience)

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with valid work visa sponsorship. Freshers with relevant education may also apply for this position. This is a part-time job opportunity with potential for full-time employment. No English language proficiency required.
