Excavator Operator

We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Siauliai. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as excavators and backhoes, to move earth, rock, and other materials at construction sites. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the equipment, as well as following safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Follow safety regulations and protocols at all times
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment before each use
- Monitor and maintain inventories of fuel, oil, and other supplies
- Safely load and transport materials using the equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Valid biometric passport (for non-nationals)
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction sites or in a similar industry
- Previous experience operating backhoes or other heavy equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (basic level)
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends if required

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time contract position with potential for permanent employment.
