Architectural Technologist - Clairvaux, France


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and other building professionals to create detailed design drawings and plans for various construction projects. This position requires strong technical skills in architectural drafting and knowledge of building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architectural Technology or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in French is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop detailed construction plans for various projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create architectural drawings
- Ensure that all plans comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project designs
- Create detailed specifications for materials and construction methods
- Review and revise plans based on feedback from clients, engineers, and contractors
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building methods, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong technical skills in architectural drafting
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects and other professionals
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French preferred but not required
