Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data to support engineering and construction projects. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret survey data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys using various equipment including total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate location of proposed structures on surveyed land
- Provide guidance to survey technicians and assistants in the field
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper calibration and functioning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong mathematical skills with knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and algebra
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in boundary surveys, construction staking, or land development projects. This position offers a salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation. Freshers with relevant education are also encouraged to apply.
