Land Surveyor

Our established engineering firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, with knowledge of various surveying techniques and equipment. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As our Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, gathering data, and creating accurate maps and reports. This role also involves coordinating with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to ensure accurate results. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total station, and laser scanning
- Gather data on land features and boundaries using specialized tools
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Review plans, maps, deeds, legal documents, etc. for accuracy
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate results
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and results
- Maintain survey equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety standards during fieldwork
