A reputable land surveying firm in Sofia is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently on a variety of projects. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$. We are specifically looking for Malayalees who are fluent in English and have previous experience working in this field. Accommodation will not be provided, so the candidate must be able to secure their own housing in Sofia.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques and equipment
- Analyze data and create accurate maps, drawings, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects
- Ensure all work complies with local laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred
