Our construction company is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Moscow. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to assist with construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks
- Excavate and move materials according to project needs
- Ensure proper grading and leveling of land for construction purposes
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations on site
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in a construction setting
- Valid biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to read and understand project plans and instructions in English (basic level)
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate equipment with precision
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month, with potential for growth based on performance. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
