Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of culinary professionals in our restaurant located in Utena. We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef who can create delicious and innovative dishes while maintaining high quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus with creative and appealing dishes
- Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation processes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff members to ensure quality performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices
- Work closely with management to plan special events or themed menus
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Ability to create new recipes while also adhering to established standards
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Fluency in English is required
Preferences:

Part-time positions may be available for those without experience, but full-time applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
