Civil Engineer - Contract Position (Karachi)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Karachi. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of various infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Prepare detailed project plans, including cost estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project designs meet requirements and specifications
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Evaluate project materials and recommend alternatives when necessary
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure project meets standards
- Prepare reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Karachi.
