Temporary Barista in Funchal

We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Temporary Barista to join our team in Funchal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. This is a temporary position perfect for students or individuals looking for short-term employment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Barista and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role does not include accommodation, so candidates must have biometric passport or reside in Funchal.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness of the café and equipment at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and resolving any issues
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
- Biometric passport or residency in Funchal

Salary: $1800/month
