Restaurant Manager


We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for hiring and training staff, creating schedules, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures and ensure they are providing high-quality service to customers.
- Create schedules for employees based on business needs while ensuring fair distribution of shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure that the restaurant is always clean and meets health code standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality food standards and timely service.
- Develop strategies to increase profitability by analyzing financial reports and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus).
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Kuwait. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the job requirements.
