Architectural Technologist - Las Vegas, USA



We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating architectural designs and technical drawings for various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create detailed architectural designs and technical drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs for client presentations
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements
- Prepare construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, etc.
- Review shop drawings from contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications
- Assist in project management tasks such as cost estimation and scheduling

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software such as Revit or SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with health insurance benefits. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth within our company. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-state applicants if needed.
