We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eldoret. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, budget, and customer service
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Develop and implement procedures for maintaining high levels of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain financial records, including budgets, sales reports, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
