CNC Operator


A well-established manufacturing company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality, precision parts. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper dimensions of finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC operator in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong technical skills and ability to operate various CNC machines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with complex machinery
- Knowledge of programming software such as Mastercam or AutoCAD is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with various materials including metal, wood, or plastic is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required. Fluency in Urdu or Malayalam would also be beneficial.
