Pastry Sous Chef

We are in search of a talented and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry preparation and experience working as a sous chef. Responsibilities include assisting with menu development, supervising pastry cooks, and ensuring high quality and presentation of all pastry items. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have a creative flair for pastry design. A minimum of 5 years experience as a pastry chef is required, with a salary of 1700$ per month. Culinary education or certification is preferred but not required. Portuguese nationality or work permit is preferred.
