Construction Project Manager


Our growing construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. This full-time position is open to Indian nationals with a biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring they are adhered to
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Monitor project expenses and approve payments to contractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. This job is open for Indian nationals who have a biometric passport.
