Architectural Technologist

We are a leading architectural firm based in Multan and we are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the architects and designers in the development of architectural projects. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and is suitable for men who have a passion for architecture and design.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and designers to develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Perform quality control checks on drawings and documents before final submission
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Multan (accommodation provided)
Employment type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
