IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Dickirch, Pakistan. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations of our company. This includes managing our network systems, hardware and software, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network systems, and ensuring data security
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth functioning of all IT processes
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disasters
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and implement them in the company's operations as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or related position
- Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware, software, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning
- Proven experience in managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
