Plasterer Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled Plasterer Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of plasterers in our contracting company in Izhevsk, Russia. The ideal candidate should have experience in both residential and commercial projects, as well as strong leadership skills. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plastering work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the team's schedule, ordering materials, and communicating with clients. English proficiency is a plus but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of plasterers
- Ensure all plastering work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members
- Order necessary materials for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment for the team
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Plasterer in both residential and commercial projects
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong knowledge of different plaster materials and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)

Salary: $1000 per month
