As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and even finishes. You should have experience working with various types of plaster and be able to read blueprints and follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling them
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specifications
- Apply plaster using hand tools or mechanical tools
- Create textures or patterns as needed
- Repair damaged areas and fill cracks
- Ensure surfaces are smooth and free of imperfections
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of plaster and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Own basic tools is preferred but not required
- Must have valid visa or residency permit for Izhevsk

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
