Plumber Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plumbing department and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, including scheduling work assignments and providing training and guidance as needed
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide recommendations for plumbing solutions
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of various plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, heating, and gas systems
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ordering new supplies when necessary
- Manage client relationships by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during projects
- Collaborate with other contractors on multi-trade projects to ensure smooth coordination of tasks
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in plumbing or related field
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and oversee a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents for project planning purposes
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes related to plumbing work

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius (candidates from Pakistan preferred)

Note: This position does not require English proficiency. However, candidates must be able to read technical documents in English.
