We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Ability to lead a team and mentor junior architects
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Communicate project progress with clients, contractors, and engineers
- Mentor junior architects on design techniques and best practices
