Administrator for a Manufacturing Company in Gujrat, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our manufacturing company in Gujrat, Pakistan. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and supporting the overall functioning of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files and documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Assist with HR duties, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Plan and organize company events or meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements for employees.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
Location:
Our company is located in Gujrat, Pakistan. However, this position does not include accommodation.
