A dynamic and growing company in Herzliya is seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and security of our network and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the organization's network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backup and disaster recovery planning
- Monitor network traffic to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in network technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with security protocols such as VPNs and firewalls
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English
