JAVA Developer - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are in search of a skilled JAVA Developer to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex applications using Java technologies. Your main focus will be on developing and testing high-quality code to meet client requirements and improve overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze client needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices
- Conducting regular code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development
- Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Proficient in Java programming language with experience in frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferences:
- Kenyan nationality or willingness to relocate to Siauliai, Lithuania
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working part-time or remotely
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
