Chef de Cuisine


As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, creating and executing menus, and managing a team of cooks and other kitchen staff. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure high-quality food and service is consistently provided to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that are creative, seasonal, and in line with our restaurant's concept
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation to ensure exceptional quality and consistency
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure a high level of performance
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food costs to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to create specials and promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from an accredited institution preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Location:
This position is based in Atlanta, GA. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per week for this position.
