Welder (Contract)Location: Alta, Norway


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team on a contract basis. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various techniques to join metal parts for fabrication or repair purposes. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or detailed instructions to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Operate welding equipment such as gas or electric arc welders
- Monitor welding process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working with hot metals and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in welding, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with welding safety protocols and procedures
- Own visa or ability to obtain work visa in Norway

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per week. Additional benefits may be provided depending on experience level.
