Baker for Malayalees in Muscat, Oman

We are hiring a talented Baker to join our team of Malayalee bakers in Muscat, Oman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in baking
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Must be able to work without accommodation
- Previous experience working with traditional Malayalee recipes preferred

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for various items
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met at all times in the bakery area
- Collaborate with other bakers to come up with new recipes or improve existing ones
