We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Muharraq. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time-management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos and reports
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or direct them to the appropriate person
- Keep track of employee time off requests and maintain attendance records
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries or redirect as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Muharraq

Note: This position is open to all nationalities.
