Loader Supervisor


As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the loading operations of a warehouse or distribution center in Los Angeles. You will be in charge of organizing and coordinating the loading team to ensure timely and efficient loading of goods onto trucks or containers. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Nepali language is a plus. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the loading team to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and organize daily loading schedules according to shipment orders
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize loading tasks
- Train and mentor new loaders on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor loading process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading times
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in warehouse or distribution center preferred
