Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction projects. This position requires strong knowledge of surveying equipment and software, as well as excellent communication skills to work with clients, engineers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to prepare maps, reports, and legal descriptions
- Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide support during construction projects by staking out reference points or lines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, GIS)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
