Tiler Supervisor



As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers to ensure high quality and timely completion of projects. You will be based in Khanpur, with a salary of 1400$. This job is open to all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of tilers on various construction sites
- Ensure that all tiling work is completed according to specifications and within the given time frame
- Train new tilers and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team or with clients in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler or in a similar supervisory role
- Excellent knowledge of different tiling materials, techniques, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
