Entry-level Baker

As an entry-level baker, you will be responsible for assisting the head baker in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, following recipes accurately, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and looking to gain experience in a professional bakery setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor product quality during the baking process and make adjustments as needed
- Help with inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and eagerness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are ready on time
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is a plus)
- Must hold a valid biometric passport or have the ability to obtain one before starting employment

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within our bakery. We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with training on-the-job.
