Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a results-driven and customer-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's sales department, including developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in promoting our hotel to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, excellent sales abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship and travel expenses will also be covered for selected candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Create attractive packages and promotions to increase occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met during their stay.
- Monitor competitors' rates and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in hotel sales or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English language skills required; additional languages are an asset.
