As a Gardener at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens, lawns, and plants on our premises. Your main duties will include planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and mowing as well as identifying and treating plant diseases. You will also be in charge of maintaining garden equipment and tools, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the garden areas, and assisting with landscaping projects.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for gardening and a keen eye for detail. You should also have strong knowledge of plant care techniques and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina is essential as this job requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and equipment operation
- Strong physical stamina
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail

Responsibilities:
