Housekeeping Manager


As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of all areas within our hotel in Al-Rayyan. You will work closely with the housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public spaces are kept clean and comfortable for our guests. Your main duties will include scheduling and supervising staff, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring that all cleaning processes meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor their completion
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies
- Prepare budget reports for housekeeping department
- Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the hotel

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and standards for different types of surfaces
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Proficient in budget planning and inventory management
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to handle guest complaints with patience and professionalism

Salary: 1700$
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (open to candidates from any nationality)
Working hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends)
