Entry-Level Project Coordinator
Our company in Dickirch is seeking an Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our project manager to assist in organizing and coordinating project activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian candidate without previous experience to gain hands-on experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Support the project manager in planning and executing project activities
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate meetings and communication between team members and stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other project documentation
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
- Maintain project files, databases, and other records
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in project management is a plus
Salary: Starting at 1000$ per month
