Rental Coordinator/Agent

As a Rental Coordinator/Agent for our rental company in Split, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the rental process for our clients. This includes communicating with potential renters, providing information on available properties, arranging property viewings, and finalizing rental agreements. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling any inquiries or issues that may arise during the rental period. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Salary: 900$

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential renters to understand their needs and preferences

- Assist renters with any inquiries or issues during their rental period
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for rental properties as needed
- Keep accurate records of all rental transactions

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
