Senior Accountant

We are a well-established accounting firm in Los Angeles, seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our clients and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of client accounting including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports for clients
- Conduct monthly and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Provide guidance to junior accountants and support staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least five years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
