Blast Furnace Worker


We are currently hiring a Blast Furnace Worker to join our team in Mombasa. This is a physically demanding role that involves operating and maintaining blast furnaces in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate should have experience working with heavy machinery and be able to work in high temperature conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain blast furnaces according to safety guidelines and company standards
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other indicators to ensure proper functioning of the furnace
- Load raw materials into the furnace and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or damages and report them immediately
- Assist with maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and replacing parts
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in an industrial environment, preferably with blast furnaces
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Good understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow instructions closely
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in hot temperatures for extended periods of time

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We welcome applications from both local residents and foreigners. Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
