Our growing company is in need of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret, offering a salary of 1500$. This role is suitable for men, and while we welcome applications from all nationalities, preference will be given to Filipinos and non-native English speakers.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You should also possess strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

This is a contract job, but there is potential for permanent employment based on performance. As such, this role would suit someone who is driven, ambitious, and eager to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with clients through regular communication
- Promote our products and services to current and potential customers
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Identify new business opportunities through market research
- Expand our customer base by acquiring new clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa preferred
