Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Malindi. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in Malindi
We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a contract job with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
