Junior Commercial Architect - Os, Norway

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and develop design concepts for commercial buildings.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the final product meets the design specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial building design principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
