Part-Time Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Os, Norway. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts accordingly
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Excellent communication and project management skills

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. This is an urgent job opportunity so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
