Supply Manager

The Supply Manager will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations of our company in Jeddah, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail to manage inventory levels and forecast demand. The ideal candidate should have experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Indian market, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and maintain good relationships with key partners
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of supply chain activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Indian market
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for forecasting demand and managing inventory levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with supply chain management software is preferred
- Knowledge of local regulations pertaining to supply chain operations is a plus
