Collections Specialist
A reputable financial institution in Split is seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is suitable for experienced professionals with a biometric passport and excellent communication skills in English.

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have fallen behind on payments and negotiating payment arrangements to bring their accounts current. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all communication and follow up on any outstanding balances.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in collections or a similar role in the financial industry. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with customers are essential for success in this position. A high level of professionalism and the ability to work independently are also required.
