Crane Operator

We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition heavy materials according to project specifications. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:

- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect cranes before and after use to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Operate crane controls to lift and move heavy materials
- Communicate with ground crew and signalmen for safe movement of materials
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of material movements using logbooks or computer systems
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed

Requirements:

- Valid certification as a Crane Operator from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Good understanding of crane mechanics and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:

- Previous experience operating different types of cranes such as tower or overhead cranes
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Bilingual in English and Hebrew
