Mason Supervisor


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Siauliai, Egypt. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons and other construction workers on various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for construction projects
- Monitor progress of projects and adjust work schedules accordingly
- Train new masons on proper techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other construction professionals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Siauliai but may require travel to other project sites within Egypt.
