A busy retail store in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions and handling cash. The ideal candidate will have previous cashier experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and processing transactions at the register
- Handling cash, credit and debit card payments
- Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Following all store policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year cashier experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-US citizens
