Job Title: Data Analyst


We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team in Multan. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Your role will involve working with various departments and stakeholders to identify data needs, gather relevant information, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and surveys.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL programming language.
- Experience using statistical software (e.g. R or SAS) for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Multan but we are open to remote candidates within Pakistan who can travel occasionally for team meetings.
